Mexican Flavours in Mumbai
The idea for the logo came from the time when I was spending time with the client to understand his motivation to open the restaurant. He was cooking Mexican food for me that evening, and I saw him cut the enchilada. I noticed the layers of ingredients rolled together, all the flavours coming together to make one delicious dish, and that’s what I thought could be the logo.
I drew the roll in the style of ancient Mexican art because he wanted people to know his wasn’t a Tex-Mex restaurant, it was authentic.
Enchilada Inspired Logo
The idea for the logo came from the time when I was spending time with the client to understand his motivation to open the restaurant. He was cooking Mexican food for me that evening, and I saw him cut the enchilada. I noticed the layers of ingredients rolled together, all the flavours coming together to make one delicious dish, and that’s what I thought could be the logo.
To honor the client’s vision of authenticity, I designed the roll in the style of ancient Mexican art, reflecting the deep cultural roots of his cooking and the story behind the restaurant.
